Early residual tells

Immediate blow-up or stuck continuity often means inverted cells, bad BC, or starved LE resolution — not a “tougher solver setting.” Ask HENAI Convergence / Solver Control only after you have solver logs in context.

Fix upstream

Re-gate in HENMESH (Quality + HEN-AI mesh repair). Do not invent numerical bandaids that hide geometry or prism failures.
