Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact / licensing enquiries — name, email, phone, company or institution, product interest (HFOIL, HENMESH, HENFLOW, HENSTRUCT, services), subject, and message
• Investor enquiries — name, email, firm/fund, country, conversation type, and message (via /investors)
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, and basic request metadata needed to operate and secure the website and APIs
• HEN-AI / HENAI assist (when you use it) — prompts, selected assist mode, app identifier (hfoil / henmesh / henflow / henstruct), and any project context you choose to send to /api/ai/assist

Desktop CAD, mesh, and CFD kernels generally run on your machine. We do not receive your full local project files unless you explicitly include content in an assist request or attach files in an enquiry.

4. AI assist & processors

When AI assist is enabled and you submit a request from a desktop app, Hendoi processes the request on our backend and may send necessary content to a model provider (for example OpenAI) under our account. Do not include secrets, export-controlled data, or personal data of third parties that you are not entitled to share. Assist responses are advisory; engineering responsibility remains with you.

5. Storage & security

Form submissions may be emailed to support@hendoi.com and retained for support or investor follow-up. Access is limited to authorized Hendoi personnel. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

6. Cookies & analytics

The website may use essential cookies required for operation. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3R2WLGC7HN) to understand aggregated traffic and page usage.
