Getting Started with HENFLOW Aerospace CFD

Import a HENMESH suite package, set project/physics/flight, run a monitored solve, and optionally ask HENAI — native desktop aerospace CFD.

HENFLOW is Hendoi’s native desktop CFD product for aeronautical and aerospace programmes (Windows, Linux, macOS). Start from a quality-gated HENMESH suite package — not from a random mesh dump.

Step 1: Import the suite package

Load suite.json + bridge + VTK. Confirm diagnostics, Mach/alpha flags, zones, and MRF/overset meta survived export. Fix prep issues in HENMESH before you iterate in the solver.

Step 2: Project, physics & flight

Pick the project kind (external aero, high-lift, rotorcraft, propeller, compressible, rocket/missile…). Set Physics and Flight Condition Manager values; rebuild aerospace BC defaults.

Step 3: Solve, post & HENAI

Watch residuals and Cl/Cd/Cm on Run. Use Post and Reports for forces and field cuts. Optionally open HEN-AI pillars (setup, solver control, mesh suitability, results) — never invent coefficients.
