HENMESH is Hendoi’s native desktop preprocessor for aeronautical and aerospace meshes (Windows, Linux, macOS). This guide walks a first session from import through a Phase 6 workbench to a quality-checked suite package ready for HENFLOW.

Step 1: Import cleaned geometry

Prefer solids or watertight surfaces prepared in HFOIL CAD. Confirm scale (metres), TE closure, and that multi-element gaps look intentional. Optionally run HEN-AI aerospace recognition to label wing, fuselage, nacelle, and control surfaces.

Step 2: Set flight condition & pick a workbench

Enter Mach, alpha, and a reference length. Then open a Phase 6 guided workbench — Airfoil CFD, External Aero, High-Lift, Rotorcraft, eVTOL, Rockets, or another specialty path — so zones and export tags match the programme question.

Step 3: Surface → BL → volume → gate → suite export

Build the surface mesh, grow industrial prisms toward target y+, fill with HexCore/volume options, run quality gates (and HEN-AI mesh quality if helpful), then export the suite package (suite.json + bridge + VTK + BCs) for HENFLOW.
