Geometry first
Confirm flap/slat gaps in HFOIL CAD views before mesh. Wrong gap → wrong Cl max story. Suite import should carry high-lift zone and workbenchTag meta.
Monitors that matter
Track Cl, Cd, Cm, and separation indicators. Force-only convergence can hide stalled pockets. HENAI Aerodynamics can help interpret sep/stall trends from solver outputs.
Correlate carefully
Tunnel Reynolds and transition trips may differ from free-flight. Document assumptions in the HENFLOW report.
